Cancellation, Return and exchange policy
For Domestic Customer
Cancellation
• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation, Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order. Kindly WhatsApp us on 083492 08131 or write to us on (email id) to request a cancellation.
Courier
• delivery takes 3-12 buisness days
• if no one is at home/office to receive it, re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times, you will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
•As soon as the order is shipped, we will send to detailed message with the name of courier company and tracking number, it's customer duty to follow up with the courier company after that.
Return
• We humbly don't take returns on item sold once.
• Damage/Wrong delivery if it's a damage/defective product, incorrect item sent, in such cases you are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery we will replace the product.
When Exchange is not accepted ?
• exchange not accepted due to colour difference. 10% colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
• exchange are not accepted if customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. All the product details are mentioned in the product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing order.
Size Exchange Policy
If the customer has any size issue with product delivered then please send back the dress to us on the below mentioned address. We do not have reverse pickup facility.
• A new dress will be delivered in 2-4 working days after we receive and the returned dress passes the quality check.
• The dress returned would be exchanged with the same dress of different size (Subject to the availability of stock)
• Second time courier charges would be charged for sending back the dress.

For International Customer
Cancellation
• prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation, Cash on delivery not available for international customers
Return/Exchange
• if your product arrives damaged or you receive wrong product you should email us at (email id) along with a photo of the damaged product or damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
• All custom duties on the product will be borne by the customer.
• For size exchange, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments.
